Relatives: Father; Diseased, Mother; All that is known about Korus Mother is that she was fairly superstitious. She left Koru only one thing; a golden tag with a small pain of glass in its center, the tag itself being only about as big as two of his fingers. It seems rather strange, But the boy suspects that it will have some sort of purpose at a later date.

Personality: Dark and brooding, Koru has a tendency to dislike contact, unless it suits some purpose. He far from keeps to himself however. At the age of twelve he has established a number of "contacts" for various reasons. In some countries he would be viewed as a Genius, but at Saint Anne’s anything out of the ordinary is squashed at once. This has caused him to be something of a contemptuous person, a ‘lone wolf’, as well as a little edgy. Not to be toyed with.
Koru is also cool, treating people he thinks are below him with distain and contempt. However he seems to come out of his shell when he thinks people are on his level of Intelligence. He particularly admires some of the work that Ken Ichijoji, the Japanese protégé.
He is also something of an obsessive/compulsive person, often doing things that might be considered somewhat odd in nature in the name of organization, often adjusting things around him so they are just so, often doing things like this with no explanation at all.

Appearance: Koru has pale skin and short dark hair and glasses. He also has hollowed cheeks giving him unhealthy and deceptively dull grey eyes, which are always accented by a shabby pair of second hand glasses. He tends to wear a Black trench coat that blends with shadows. The collar of the neck has four white stars stitched into it in an odd pattern, though they are relatively out of place as they look Clumsy when compared to the rest of the coat. Other than that he works to make himself rather unnoticeable, so as not to attract attention.

History: Koru was born not long before he was brought to the orphanage when he was two years old. On that date, he was brought in, crying by a woman who claimed to be his mother. The woman was close to hysterics as well, only yelling that the boys name was Koru, and then about a pair of "monsters" that materialized in a park and had ended up killing her husband while they battled. She also said that she would be back for the boy, but that particular statement has never come true.
Koru lived a normal life seeming, perhaps smarter than the other boys, but no less social. Then on Christmas Day three years ago, Koru received a Nintendo DS from an unnamed benefactor. It didn't come with any games, only with a message. "Use it well".

It was from that point on that Koru became more morbid, decreasing sociability from that point forward. Some of the other boys attributed it to the new electronic gadget, which, apparently, Koru got messages from. The next Christmas, he got the black coat, from apparently the same person, bearing a similar message.
And so we end at present day…

Extra

Digiegg of Ruin- Koru Riser's armor egg, but corrupted by the House of Blood virus, a virus that causes a more prime-evil mindset in both humans and Digimon. It can be purified, but since Koru obtains it in its corrupted state, it corrupts him in turn.

Nickname: Called by the name of her current Evolution.

Gender: Female.

Personality: Time oriented; Wants to get the job assigned done the fastest, quickest way possible. Rarely trusting of anyone, especially humans. Yet she seems to have taken a liking to her partner imparticular.
She is also very pragmatic, never giving up on a task set before her, even if he must exterminate obsticles before her. She is not above cruelty either, and doesnt mind getting rid of other digimon even if it suits no purpose. However, she is smart enough not to attempt to get rid of something stronger than herself without help. Prefers working in the shadows, and as a small side effect of being anti social, lacks many personal skills.
